STEP 1:  Select Term

To search for classes:

Highlight your subject then click search.  All classes in the subject you selected will appear.

You can narrow your search to look for classes taught on certain days of the week, times of day, location, or part-of-term (short-term classes*).   Highlight or fill in the information for your specific request then click search.   It is often better to limit your search to the subject area unless you are certain of the information you are entering.  If you enter the information incorrectly you may receive a blank screen.

To find an open class section, view the “Status” column.  Classes that are already filled will be listed as CLOSED in red.  Classes that still have open seats will be listed as OPEN in green.  You can view how many seats are still available under the “Rem” column – remaining seats.

*To search for short-term classes, under Part-of-Term select “Other than full term.”  All short-term classes will be listed.  See below on how to locate detailed course information, including dates of each short–term course.

To view detailed course information, beginning and ending dates of class and add/drop/refund deadlines:

Click on the CRN (in blue).  This will display the course description, any required or recommended prerequisites/co-requisites, class beginning and ending dates, deadline to add, to drop with a refund and no “W,” and to drop with a “W.”  You will also see notations on any applicable program restrictions, such as the PUENTE Program or LISTO Learning Communities.
